We accept orders year-round.

We ship on Monday and Tuesday, so that trees arrive to you near the weekend. Orders received over the weekend, Monday, or Tuesday, typically are unable to be processed and shipped out for that weeks shipping schedule. We will notify you with a tracking number via email the week your trees ship. If you need your order to arrive at a specific date, please call our office and we will be happy to arrange!

Please note that due to climate and or regulatory restrictions, we cannot/do not ship to Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota Utah, Washington, or Wyoming.

Credit Cards

Due to the time frame to capture payment, your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. This ensures that we fill all orders on a first come-first served basis. All payment must be made in full before shipping. If you need to cancel your order, we will refund your card.

Quantity Discounts and Bulk Ordering

For quantity discounts and bulk ordering, please call our office. We offer wholesale pricing for practicing nurseries and landscapers.

Guarantee

We guarantee our trees to be true-to-type and in good health when they leave the nursery. Due to the many factors that go into planting and care, we do not offer unconditional replacement. If there is a problem with your order upon receiving it, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and before you plant your trees so we can assess any issues with your order. Once trees are planted, the customer is responsible for growth, care, and survival. Please utilize the extensive planting guides within our Learning Center to help care for your trees properly. Sales Tax

We collect sales tax on all sales shipped to Florida or picked up at the farm. Deliveries to out of state customers are exempt.

Returns

We will accept returns on the condition that your trees were damaged during shipping. Upon delivery, check the outside of your package. If the box shows signs of damage, open and inspect the trees. If the trees do not show signs of damage, then the tree is still healthy and in good condition to plant. If the trees show signs of damage, such as broken stems, call us immediately and we will assist in troubleshooting and replacements. Do not throw away packaging, we will instruct the shipper to pick up the damaged box and plants.

Large Orders

We can accommodate large bulk orders via palletized shipments through FedEx Freight. FedEx Freight comes with a large freight cost, but is often the most efficient way to receive a large order of older trees. These trees are the same size and age that we ship to Walmart and Rural King. Each pallet can fit thirty-five (35) 3-gallons and nine (9) 7-gallons.

Farm Pickup

We are happy to arrange local farm pickup on Fridays at our Alachua, Florida location. All visits and pickups must be by appointment. We are a wholesale nursery and do not have the staff to accept walk ins or visitors during the week.
