Native to Southern China, Taiwan Flowering Cherries are beautiful all year round, featuring dark green leaves in the summer and its signature bright pink flowers on naked branches in the winter. The flowers will often mature into small red fruits as well. The trees will bloom as far south as Orlando, Florida, and is the most heat-tolerant of the many flowering cherry trees. Cold hardy to USDA plant zones 7b-9a. Average mature height 15ft.
Taiwan Flowering Cherry trees prefer full sun but will tolerate some shade. This low-maintenance tree is a great way to add some color to your landscape and attract vital pollinators. Trees sold as 1g.
